Rules & Guidelines
A few simple rules so everyone can explore the exhibits safely.
Do not touch labeled exhibits
Most exhibits are hands-on. If something says Do Not Touch, leave it. Stay behind barriers and floor markings so the machines stay in working order.
Kids under 18 stay with an adult
Anyone under 18 needs a responsible adult with them the whole visit. The adult has to be 18 or older. Running inside is not allowed.
Keep phones silent and voices down
Put your phone on silent and keep conversations low in the exhibit halls so other guests can enjoy the space.
No food or drinks inside
Leave snacks and drinks outside. Spills damage the machines and attract pests.
Photos are fine. No flash, tripods, or selfie sticks
Take as many photos as you want. Tripods, selfie sticks, and flash are not allowed. Ask staff first if you want to film.
How we expect guests to act
We want the center to stay a place families can enjoy. These are the lines we do not cross.
Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind is not tolerated.
Pushing, shoving, and horseplay around the exhibits are not allowed.
Anything that puts people or machines at risk, or ruins the visit for others, has to stop.
Abusive, threatening, or violent behavior will get you asked to stop or leave.
